has a diverse background in both business and ministry, and she enjoys using her experience to encourage others in their life journey. Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M University with an emphasis on Actuarial Science, and she holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations with LPL Financial. Working with Mark since 2007, she is grateful to God for opportunities to use her gifts and skill sets in a wide variety of projects.
One of her favorite things to do is spend the day behind the camera capturing the special moments of life as a freelance photographer. She is a die-hard Aggie, enjoys discussing current events, and is passionate about all things sports (especially Aggie football!).
grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and moved to Texas in her junior high school years. She studied Communications at Evangel College in Springfield, Missouri. In 2006, a friend invited her to the Next Step Summer Session and the next year she joined the Bible Study. That led her to become a co-leader in 2011and the following year she was hired as Development Director for Next Step and CPF Texas.
Prior to these roles, she was Worship Coordinator for seven years at Fellowship Bible Church Dallas and also the Event/Promotion Director for the Master’s Men Team traveling to NASCAR race tracks. With a background that includes a ten-year public relations career in IndyCar Racing and prior ownership of an event and marketing firm, she is very excited to bring her knowledge and training to LifeMark Ministries. In April of 2013, she began leading a 'First Step' Bible Study at her church and enjoys helping others grow in seeking a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. When she’s not working, her passion is singing and you might find her belting out the blues throughout the metroplex!
is a devoted wife, mother, “Mimi,” and friend. Her heart for the Lord is exemplified in everything she does, and she enjoys honoring Him through service to others. Nicknamed “Marvelous Martha,” her gifts of organization and hospitality have blessed so many people over the years. She is patient with others and loves to impart God’s truth to women and children. Marty has taught Sunday School classes and Vacation Bible School for many years, and she served as the Children’s Supervisor at Bible Study Fellowship in Dallas, Texas. Having co-founded Next Step Bible Study with Mark, she currently serves as a Group Leader. Marty received a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Bethany College in Kansas, where she met Mark and married in 1969. She personifies helpmate in every sense of the word. She and Mark have three daughters, three sons-in-law, and five grandchildren. They currently reside in Plano, Texas.
